Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS7 Digital Camera

At the time of writing, the new Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS7 would definitely be one of my favorite compact point-and-shoot digital cameras in the market. In a nutshell, this is a compact model that comes with a large array of controls that you can tweak with, making it perfect for those who aspire to have a little more control in using their compact digital cameras.
The new Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS7 can take images with up to 12.1 megapixels in resolution. This model has more than two dozen of shooting modes such as Food, Snow, Fireworks, Film Grain, Soft Skin, and Hi-Speed Burst modes, just to name a few. This large selection of shooting modes will prove to be delightful especially for those of us who love to inject a little control and creativity into our photos. On top of those shooting modes, there is a handful of additional special effects to choose from.
The Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS7 has a minimum shutter speed of 1/2000 of a second and a maximum of 60 seconds. It also comes with a 25mm wide-angle Leica DC Vario-Elmar lens that allows for a larger shooting area. Another noteworthy feature on this model is its 12x optical zoom. Some of the other standard features would be its HD video recording mode, face detection and optical image stabilization.
One of the most delightful features on the Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS7 would have to be its GPS feature that lets you tag the location of where the photos and videos were taken. When the feature is turned on the photos and videos taken will automatically be tagged with the GPS coordinates of the location.
Most important of all, the quality of the photos and videos taken on this camera were very good. For the photos, the images were sharp with good color accuracy and fine details.



The HD videos taken on this camera was also very good, close to those taken on mini HD camcorders (the zoom feature works while it is in HD mode). All in all, if you are looking for a compact digital camera that is stylish, takes great photos and has a wide array of features, the Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS7 will make an excellent buy. At the moment, this model is priced at just around $295 per unit. Talk about a bargain!

Canon SX30IS Camera Review

The Canon SX30IS is a camera with a long list of impressive and remarkable capabilities. The SX30IS is a digital masterpiece, and it proves a superior camera for neophyte and adept videographers and photographers. This device is the successor of the Canon SX20IS, and while it maintains many of the core, main, desirable features of the SX20IS, Canon has taken the liberty of adding on some great perks in the SX30IS by Canon.






The Canon SX30IS is outfitted with a 24 to 280 mm equivalent lens and the lens has a 35X zoom function which is a major improvement over the SX20IS's lens. The Canon SX30IS also maintains a bigger viewing screen; the display has LCD technologies, it is an articulating screen for easy swiveling of the display, and it measures 2.7 inches in width. The SX30IS by Canon is also outfitted with a 14.1 megapixel CCD sensor too. What's more, this device has a voice coil motor and an ultrasonic motor so that zooming is speedy, efficient, fast, and ultra quiet. A quieter zoom means you get great video captures when using the SX30IS as well with clear, quality sound accompaniment. In terms of video captures, the user of the SX30IS gets to record and save video in a 720p high definition format.
The Canon SX30IS will capture images in a variety of resolutions and the resolution range goes as high as 4320p x 2340p. This camera has a five level of brightness adjusting mechanism, image stabilization features, an HDMI output, smart auto features, a zoom framing assist feature, and the accessory system associated with this camera is definitely extensive. This device can capture movie clips in 30 frames per second, and the SX30IS has a miniature effect, manual focus features, continuous shooting options, a focus bracket AF assist lamp, and an ISO sensitivity range with an upper limit of ISO 1600. The camera also has a variety of scene modes including sports, landscape, SCN, and portrait, and it has several movie modes as well.
The SX30IS by Canon has a smart shutter, a face self timer, a wink self timer, a low light mode, and a wild array of special effects like color accent, color swap, poster effect, fish eye effect, low light mode, beach mode, fireworks, snow mode, and foliage mode. In addition, this camera has stitch assist and white balance presets, a two to ten second self timer, and in continuous shooting mode the user can capture.6 frames per second. What's more, the Canon SX30IS is outfitted with face detection features, customizable functions, and it is powered by a lithium ion battery that is rechargeable.



The Canon SX30IS is light and definitely portable: it only weighs 601 grams. Gone are the days where a camera user needs a bulky device to get great stills: this device can be carried with ease as one travels. Easy to use and equally easy on one's budget, the SX30IS is a promising device and a prudent buy.

Interactive Doll Makes Roll-Playing More Fun
The adorable toddler doll comes dressed in a cute T-shirt and a pair of "big girl" panties. She has positionable arms and legs, bright friendly eyes, and curly pigtails and bangs that can be combed with the included brush.
